Supporting Independent Dental & Oral Health Practices

Excellent healthcare begins with collaboration. Oral health is closely connected to overall health, and strong communication between medical and dental providers leads to better outcomes for patients and healthier communities.

Recognizing this connection, KCMPA expanded its membership to include independent dental and oral health practices. Our goal is to provide the same resources, cost-saving opportunities, and collaborative environment that have supported independent medical practices since 2012.

Whether you operate a solo practice or a multi-provider office, KCMPA is committed to helping independent dental professionals remain strong, competitive, and independent.

Membership Categories

General Dentistry

KCMPA welcomes independently owned general dentistry practices dedicated to providing comprehensive oral healthcare while maintaining the flexibility and autonomy that comes with private practice.

Whether your practice focuses on preventive care, restorative services, cosmetic dentistry, or family dentistry, KCMPA offers resources designed to support the business side of your practice so you can remain focused on patient care.

Orthodontics & Dental Specialties

Independent specialty dental practices face many of the same operational challenges as medical practices, including rising costs, staffing concerns, employee benefits, cybersecurity, and administrative demands.

KCMPA welcomes orthodontists and other dental specialists who value collaboration while maintaining complete clinical and operational independence.
